Our PCB prototyping service is tailored for hobbyists, makers, and small businesses looking to create initial PCB prototypes in Canada at a lower cost and with a quick turnaround time. Using our in-house fabrication technique, we can rapidly manufacture both single-sided and double-sided PCBs with reliable quality, making us an ideal choice for your prototyping needs.

Typical Manufacturing Time: 1-2 days
Shipping Time: 2-5 days (depending on your chosen shipping method and location within Canada)
Pickup: Available in the Winnipeg city area

Specifications:

• Layers: 1 or 2
• PCB Material: FR-4 / FR-1 (available upon special request)
• Thickness Tolerance:
  • For t ≥ 1.0 mm: ± 10%
  • For t < 1.0 mm: ± 0.1 mm
• Minimum PCB Track Width: 0.5 mm (19 mil)
• Minimum Track/Vias Spacing: 0.5 mm (19 mil)
• Minimum Pads Spacing: 0.7 mm (27 mil)
• Drilling Hole Diameter (Mechanical for via or through-hole components): 0.9/1/1.5/3 mm
• Solder Pad Size: 2 mm or more
• Solder Mask and Silk Screen: Currently unavailable

How to Order:

1. Select Your Options: Choose your PCB size, number of layers, quantity, and any other specific requirements from the options above.
2. Upload Your Gerber Files: Ensure your Gerber files meet all specifications and upload them during checkout.

Important Notes:

1. Gerber files must be in RS-274x format.
2. Drill files (pcbname.TXT) should be in Excellon format, including drill size and position data.
3. We also accept PCB files from KiCAD and EasyEDA.
